Senior Manager/AGM/DGM - L&D/Leadership/Behavioral Training


The ideal candidate for this role is a highly skilled leadership and behavioral training professional, an expert facilitator, and a natural builder who thrives on creating solutions tailored to customer needs. They excel in executive stakeholder management and are adept at navigating complex environments.

The Learning and Development team at BE serves as a crucial strategic partner for leaders within a major division. This role is pivotal in enhancing the performance of employees and enabling them to thrive in an evolving business landscape and foster high-performing teams.

Based in Hyderabad, India, with an expectation of five days per week in the office at Shamirpet, the key responsibilities include:

- Defining, designing, developing, and deploying leadership and behavioral training programs for junior executives to middle management.

- Crafting a monthly calendar and tailoring leadership and behavioral training programs to address specific business needs.

- Facilitating leadership and behavioral development experiences utilizing adult learning theory to ensure measurable learning outcomes.

- Cultivating strong partnerships with business teams to identify key leadership challenges and develop tailored solutions.

- Fostering collaborative partnerships among subject matter experts, peers, and stakeholders to scale leadership and behavioral training solutions effectively.

- Introducing innovative ideas and deeper insights through learning and development solutions, guiding leaders in applying newfound knowledge to their roles.

- Collaborating both independently and as part of a team to deliver engaging leadership and behavioral training solutions aligned with organizational culture and audience needs.

- Developing high-quality participant guides, facilitator guides, and supporting materials for the Leadership and Behavioral team.

- Implementing mechanisms to measure learning impact and producing reports to communicate results and evaluation plans.

- Managing the Learning Management System to track participation, evaluations, and rosters effectively.

Basic qualifications for this role include:


-A bachelor's degree, a minimum of five years of experience in learning design, group facilitation, and leadership and behavioral training, along with professional certifications in learning and development.


- Strong communication skills, a proven track record of delivering learning results, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are essential.


- The ideal candidate should possess expertise in conducting training needs assessments, analysing learning needs, and linking recommendations to business impact.


- Experience in learning consulting is desired.

- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in human resources, adult education, or organizational development, along with formal training in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or Training Evaluation.

Overall, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving leadership and behavioral training initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization
