Short Description of the Role :

- Assisting MD in driving business process initiative and analyzing business performance (highlighting the risks, delays and opportunities)

- Responsible for conceptualizing new Initiatives in order to improve efficiency

- Alignment of organizational metrics to Excellence frameworks.

- To train and conduct workshops in Business Excellence.

- Work in coordination with the senior leadership on project identification, selection, and prioritization.

- Conduct Business Process Reviews.

- Understand the grey areas from a senior management perspective and suggest improvements in the conduct of the business.

- Influence business growth by focusing on cost optimization & management, operational strategy & change management.

- Understand AS-IS business process and create TO-BE process.

- Standardizing and Bench marking of activities to monitor project in a better way.
