Experience: 15-20 years in various L&D roles.
Key roles & responsibilities :
- Design and deliver behavioral training content based on training need identification; Performance Improvement Program; Leadership development programs, Counseling programs and business requirement programs.
- Campus to corporate programs.
- Soft skills & behavioral interventions.
- Aligning training goals with work culture standards.
- Pre & Post training evaluation & employee wise record keeping and measuring effectiveness.
- "Train the Trainer" programs.
- Counseling session & behavioral issues; handholding; observing for the required time.
- Timely & right recommendations on employees well being issues.
- 100% coverage of HR induction.
- Year end roll out of employee SAT survey & report making.
- Employee rights & responsibilities; awareness trainings & survey.
- Preparatory trainings for different types of audits.
- Strong & standard system of organization mission, vision & values.
- Employee engagement calendar preparation & execution along with other HR segments.
- Converting learning as a habit.
- Control of training budget cost.
- Co-ordination of any external trainings; trainings related audits when necessary.
- L&D MIS.
- Managing interns on an yearly basis
- Developing good institutional interfaces
- Orientation & introduction during campus drives.
- Co-ordination in logistics arrangements for various training programs.
- Propose effective programs as part of engagement calendar keeping in view mental & physical well being of employees.
- Working towards effective leadership skills of various employees/ HOD's & other stakeholders.
- Owning & conducting skill gap analysis & upskilling employees.
- Collaborate with the Head-HR & work on succession planning & career development.
- Partner HR team closely to understand work expectations & support the employees by required interventions to create high performance, high productive workface.
- Own and Execute L&D Budgets and Training & engagement calendars.
- Develop, manage, and evaluate training materials, programs, and courses.
- Research and recommend new learning and development practices, methods, and technology available in the market. Maintaining close contact with external consultants, publishers and organizations to keep information up-to-date.
- Identify and collaborate with Vendors/Consultants and Internal Subject Matter Experts, to ensure successful delivery of sessions/modules.
- Be responsible for implementation & managing LMS, Learning Academy & drive appropriate usage.
- Working closely with CHRO for building the Employee brand Value proposition
- Contribute towards various HR excellence awards and audits.
