Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Qualification : MBA from IIM / ISB with financial management specialisation.
Job purpose:Assisting MD in day-to-day work, conduct all review meetings and take complete follow-ups Work closely with Planning, Procurement, Marketing, Production, R&D, Regulatory & Finance team
Key initiatives tracking and extensive data analytics for strategic decision making by top management Develop & Evaluate business case for strategic initiatives for management review and approval
Job Responsibilities:
- Support MD who is board member of various organisations.
- Prepare detailed five year growth plan for the organization and regular interaction with divisional heads for new initiatives
- Corporate strategy and business development especially freight forwarding, operations and warehouse vertical
- Participate in and conduct Management committee meetings and other review meetings with internal and/or external stakeholders and maintain minutes of the meeting and conduct regular follow-ups
- Analyze Budgets, companies' income and expenditure statements, MIS, to recommend avenues for cost saving or revenue generation etc with data analysis
- Communicate directly or on behalf of the MD to divisional heads and other stake holders
- Facilitate new products development) and sales plan at company's 3 of the manufacturing plants from inhouse process development to sales timeline with projected revenue and EBITDA
Market Research: Analyzing the market trend, collecting business intelligence data from industry reports, public information, subscription-based data sources
- Work on brand sales/private equity funding needed for the growth of the organization
- Support MD on various ongoing programs with dashboard reports on regular intervals.
- Collaborate the R&D and operations organisation by evaluating low-key and pragmatic testing of new tech products from a customer perspective.
- Collaborate with the CFO to develop a capital plan in line with the organization's strategy, investment policies, and fund-raising plans for acquisitions.
- Gather market intelligence, new market development, manpower optimization and realignment and partnerships & alliances
- Articulate product and sales strategy feedback from the market to relevant groups within company
