KEY RESULT AREAS & EXPECTED OUTCOMES

This role comes with the following Goals and Deliverables:

- Meeting all corporate Hiring needs - ranging from IT, Legal, Marketing-Sales/ clinical operations, finance n accounting, Business development efficiently

- Understanding role & responsibility needs from various Hiring Manager.

- Should be familiar with Head Hunting, Talent Mapping and Industry Mapping for various leadership and critical positions for BE.

- Supporting hiring managers in developing meaningful job descriptions.

- Supporting in preparation of various Dashboards/MIS.

- Identifying potential/relevant candidates/resources for various functions & sub-functions of corporate.

- Set & run tech enabled & advanced hiring processes efficiently.

- Coordinate with all regional recruitment teams making sure they meet regional Hiring targets.

- Lead, corporate & regional recruitment teams, by example & be innovative in providing solutions to hurdles in Hiring.

- Must play pivotal role in changing the Hiring dynamics of organization.

- Be tech savvy & be well versed with on field hiring ops.

- Hire, nurture, manage recruitment vendors.

- Must be well versed with - online methods of hiring like recruitment portals, whats-ap groups etc, & offline methods of hiring viz campus drives, job drives, bulk hiring campaigns etc

- Coordinate all Hiring related marketing activities & be responsible for related ROI.

- Would responsible for various on-boarding and Induction activities at corporate across all the levels.

- Supporting for various employee engagement initiative at corporate.

- Supporting in preparation various letters and notice.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

- Should have hands on experience on various sourcing channels and portals.

- Should have overall understanding candidate mapping/organization mapping.

- Should have worked in SLA based work environment.

- Developing & maintaining various MIS reports.

- Should have basic understanding of recruitment cost analysis.

- Should be flexible to support the central & plant TA team for various recruitment events.
