Job Title: Product Manager/Associate Product Manager
Locaton: Gurugram, India
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic & motivated individual, a problem-solver, critical thinker & excellent communicator as the PM/APM of Biocube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the Product management and will own the product's success in the market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Product Management for fashion e-commerce domain with detailed understanding & strong focus on market/ competition, consumer persona, industry trends and know-how of new age digital SaaS product platforms.
- Solving problems across the board in ecommerce supply chain - first mile to last mile delivery, introspect & strategize necessary alteration in products and presenting to management.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - proficiency in writing User Stories, defining Product performance metrices, UI/UX requirements and good know-how on digital product features & their nuances.
- Plan, develop, implement, and manage new services and tools, and strategic programs to support and enhance operations and processes as per the company's e-commerce specifications and requirements.
- Identify and manage blocking issues & improvement areas, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
- Work collaboratively & cross-functionally with engineering, data science, supply chain, operations, and business functions to launch features and iterate quickly.
- Be hands-on with data - ability to use data analysis tools to experiment and test hypotheses.
- Ability to speak the language of business as fluently as the language of engineering.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Drive product launches including working with stakeholder team, executives, and other product management team members.
- Define requirements, metrics analysis, development, testing, and launching efforts.
- Work with designers to optimize product features for enhanced user experience.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of work experience in B2B tech product, with Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Management (preferred), Marke.ng, Engineering, or related discipline or, 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or product management field.
- Experience wri.ng both long and short term product planning reports, including strategic marketing analysis, product placement, and financial/business reporting.
- Skills in wri.ng PRD, wireframing, mock-up - with hands-on experience in at least one tool like Figma.
- Strong problem-solving & logical deduction skills.
- Experience in wri.ng user story, test cases & conduc.ng UAT.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
