Required Skills: Manage Global Trademark Portfolio for Biocon group companies for India, US, EU and ROW countries.

- Manage the Trademark litigations and oppositions in coordination with external counsels Demonstrated track record of handling Trademark Portfolio, oppositions and litigations in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry is required

Qualifications: LL.B. (preferably IPR) with 4-6 years of experience in core Pharma Trademark portfolio. Work experience either in-house Pharmaceutical or an IP law firm handling Trademarks.
