Biocon - Program Management

Role/Job Description :

- Program manager in global development of biosimilar insulin and insulin analogs

- Prepare, track and report project plan in Microsoft projects and excel customized as per Biocon's systems

- Review programs weekly/fortnightly with Project Leader (PL) from R&D and Asset Managers

- Be point of contact for client communications on day to day basis

- Prepare budget annually, track and manage the expenses on monthly/quarterly basis

- Coordinate rate negotiation with third party service providers and liaise with finance, Program Head and Head R&D

- Coordinate contract negotiation with third party service providers and liaise with legal, finance and Program Head

- Work with peers in PMO office to continuously improve the project and program management function

Technical / Functional Skills :

Total Experience : 4+ years

- Project management experience (at least 2-3 years)

- Proficiency in Microsoft projects and project management tools (at least 2 years)

- PMP certified or pursuing

- Basic knowledge in SAP

Behavioral / Management / Other Skills :

- Team player

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
