1. Assists in development of the Company 's annual and monthly audit plan.

2. Execute the audit area, i.e. proposed process / area from Kick Off meeting, Analysis, Field Work, preparation of draft report, discussion with process review for Finalization.

3. Manages performance of audit assignments, reviews workpapers and audit reports; edits reports prepared by other auditors.

4. Schedules and plans audits; initiates project planning, assess risk and develops audit direction.

5. Performs preliminary planning and establishes path for audits, provides leadership to assigned auditors and stakeholders and execute / manage project to quality outcomes.

6. Performs audit work, including plan preparation, workpapers, finding, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, and related transactions.

7. Trains new staff, as needed.

8. Works with Internal Audit team (EY) on a day to day basis.

9. Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedure and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.

10. Monitor Compliance tracking tools and ensure adequate compliance and Updation are made and they reflect the correct picture.

11. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
