Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of a master's degree in Human Resource from Tier I/II B-School
- 2-5 years of experience in HR with at least 2 years of experience in Performance Management
- Experience in leading end-end performance management process; understanding of the various performance management systems
- Experience of working on HR Information/Management systems (HRIS/ HRMS); understanding of HR systems and tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing a robust Performance Management process with clearly defined responsibilities, timelines, accurate metrics and monitoring mechanisms
- Facilitate the development of performance metrics i.e. KRAs and KPIs to ensure accurate measurement of performance of all employees
- Lead the annual appraisal process and manage guidelines across functions; collect and analyze performance appraisal results across functions
- Create the annual performance management calendar, manage the communication with stakeholders and ensure all process activities are is executed within the specified timeframe and as per defined guidelines
- Work with internal stakeholders across functions and HRBPs to embed a culture of continuous feedback on employee performance
- Develop tools and support material to help employees and their line managers in their appraisal process
- Resolve and manage queries related to PMP process and or portal. Manage issues related to appraisals, re-evaluations, and ensure all issues are handled in a fair, professional, transparent and equitable way
- Liaise with Talent Management, Learning, HR Operation teams to gather and provide necessary inputs related to performance
- Contribute to the development and integration of competency models within the Performance Management System
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework to all stakeholders
- Enhance and enrich the Performance Management Process/ System based on leading practices with the aim to provide a fair and transparent mechanism
- Contribute to the automation of the Performance Management Process/System in collaboration with IT
- Liaise with IT team to lead the development and enhancement of internal Career and Talent Management portals.
