Nature of Role: Culture Change Management(g2G) or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (BioWin) for Biocon Biologics Skills Requisites: - Commendable Interpersonal and people skills. - Require to interact freely with leadership, external and internal stakeholders. - Must be cordial with an open mindset. - Must have keen interest and zest to participate in a more engaging and people facing role. - Must have basic attributes of communication (oral and written), confidence, creativity, adaptability, work ethic, trainability, patience, a positive attitude, ability to work with a diverse workforce. - Basic knowledge to use Microsoft Office programs (Vlookup in excel, power point, Analytics is a must). - Basic understanding and knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations, Diversity and Inclusion, Organizational Development & Culture Change management, employment laws, policies, HRIS, Creativity & innovation. - Possession of basic interpersonal, negotiation, Tech Savvy, Artistic and Aesthetic Skills and interest - Ability to build a rapport with all requisite internal & external stakeholders. - Being the face of the Central HR corporate function should be presentable, reasonable communicator, resourceful & assertive Essential Functions: - Develop policy positions and identify solutions, campaign, and influence to inspire change. - Partner with Business & external industry experts to implement culture values/DEI strategies & efforts for the Company. - Support the development and implementation of various HR initiatives and systems. - Plan trainings and education for employees on culture values, DEI & outreach; develop awareness of implicit bias, cultural wealth and how to work effectively in a diverse environment; Advancing non-discrimination and promoting inclusiveness. - Implement & follow through effective need analysis & solutions provision - Creating awareness on workshops, Trainings, events, campaigns in these areas and build on internal communication to enhance employer branding. - Maintenance of timely records and preparing reports & analytics for culture and DE&I Initiatives to be presented to the management. - Build various platforms like innovation cloud, microsite etc to enhance employee experience by adding value and deliver requisite team targets and outcomes on a timely manner - Content writing of org wide initiatives for newsletter and articles, external award applications and surveys, support on creation of promotional/advertising posters, audio visuals etc Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Human Resources, preferably Tier 1 institute
