Biocon - Head - Investor Relations

About the Role:

Biocon Biologics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as the Head of Investor Relations. In this key leadership role, you will play a crucial part in fostering relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, contributing to the overall success of Biocon Biologics.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to effectively communicate the company's performance, strategy, and growth prospects to the investment community.

- Act as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing accurate and timely information.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop key messages and ensure consistent communication of the company's value proposition.

- Plan and execute investor events, such as earnings calls, roadshows, and investor conferences, to showcase Biocon Biologics' achievements and future outlook.

- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Manage relationships with external partners, including financial analysts, institutional investors, and rating agencies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to gather information and insights for effective communication with the investment community.

- Stay updated on industry best practices in investor relations and implement strategies to enhance Biocon Biologics' standing in the financial markets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

- 15+ years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related roles within the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and reporting requirements.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with investors and analysts.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to overall business strategy.
