- Executing the entire gamut of task in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, short-listing, selection and appointment etc.
- Social Media Recruitment, Networking and Head Hunting, sourcing from Job Boards and referencing.
- Mapping Talent from Competition and Talent Mapping of Passive Candidates.
- Developing & maintaining MIS reports and other operation reports.
- Good Communication skills & Analytical Skills.
