Main Mission : The goal is to promote and expand the Biocon Biologics Branded Formulation Business that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth. Role/Job Description : - Ensure Portfolio - Market alignment of all the Divisions (Diabetes, Oncology, Nephrology, Critical Care, Immunotherapy and Market Access) - Streamlining business processes including Distribution, SCM, Marketing Excellence functions - Building capability in Market Access with new market access models, Multiple Patient reach models &amp; Clinical Support - Customer engagement, knowledge and capability building in the Field Force, and Innovative Clinical and publication strategy. - Implementation of a CRM system with adequate processes and checks - Monitoring Field Force, KPI monitoring through innovative dashboards and drive to objectives - Determine strategic direction, identify and implement growth drivers to achieve objectives with a large team - Identify, Maintain &amp; Strengthen business ties with In License partner wherever applicable - Achievement of Topline and Bottom line of the defined Businesses by Improving ROI and ensuring profitability at steps. Background &amp; Experience Required : You will possess the strategic vision and approach, coupled with a positive, entrepreneurial, can-do attitude, able to lead and inspire others, delivering commercial success of the highest quality. You will bring outstanding experience leading : - Branded formulations business in India - P&amp;L Management - Driving new Launch Plans - SalesForce Excellence and Marketing Excellence - Maximizing Product Value and Profitability Behavioural / Management / Other Skills : - Ability to make decisions, appropriately balancing risks versus impact Strong leadership skills, able to get the buy-in of multiple stakeholders. - Ability to work under pressure and cope with multiple priorities. - Ability to drive change throughout an organization, overcoming resistance and barriers. - Strong communication skills, up to Senior Management leadership level and key external stakeholders.
