Strategic Operations Manager

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement specific frameworks and processes for smooth execution with regards to policy issuance, product launches, claims etc.

- Coordinate with CTO and Tech Team to manage the development of operational systems from planning to deployment to post-launch iterations.

- Work with all internal and external stakeholders including technology, marketing, and sales team to create and maintain launch trackers and remove bottlenecks.

- Effectively responds to client requirements at a short notice by realigning priorities.

- Create summaries to update the progress to COO and CEO.

- Building and managing strong client relationships. Owning client relationships and managing client expectations. Managing client escalations to ensure timely resolution.

- Responsible for successful timely delivery to clients. Scoping and prioritising activities based on business impact.

Qualifications :

- 5+ yrs. of experience in handling operations & process improvement.

- MBA from top tier institute

- Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills is a must.

- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in business email writing is a must.

- Project management experience is a must.

- Start-up or consulting experience will be a plus.
