Bimaplan is seeking an entrepreneurial individual who has experience in building or managing distribution for financial institutions (banks, insurance, NBFC, MFI, payments, etc.). You'll work with the CEO, and have the opportunity to build a large scale insurance distribution function from scratch. Responsibilities : - Develop the distribution strategy for low-premium/affordable insurance products, and create a scalable playbook for expansion across India. - Hire the sales team. Build a small, but effective, customer-centric and digital-first sales organisation. - Build the micro-agent/POSP channel - manage agent onboarding, training, productivity, and incentive monitoring. - Build partnerships, create affinity programs, and run unique experiments for distribution. - Set up internal processes for team productivity, remote working, and sales tracking. - End-to-end customer lifecycle management - acquisition, engagement, retention, up-selling. - Support annual sales planning, take ownership of monthly targets, and monitor daily KPIs.
