- Achieving sales target as per the plan given by board for South Zone
- Manage the P& L for South Zone as a whole and for individual state as well
- Recruit team for south zone, coach and ensure the delivery of set targets
- Monitor the performance of sales team on regular basis and ensure retention of the team
- Follow the sales SOP of the organization for self & team
- Travel across all locations of south to tap new opportunities and also to give support to the sales team (plan to be shared in advance)
- Administrative responsibility of running the offices in south zone (wherever applicable)
