BikeDekho.com - Product Manager

- The Product Manager position is for the Bikes Business (BikeDekho) at CarDekho.

- BikeDekho is one of the fastest growing Bikes research destination in India with over 1 Million users accessing it every month.

- With BikeDekho, our vision is to enable the 16 Million+ two-wheeler buyers (every year) in India, to make well informed and hassle-free bike purchases.

- BikeDekho is a budding startup within the CarDekho ecosystem.

- As a product, we are mobile-focused and are looking at some major product implementations, with a vision to change the way people buy bikes in India.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to end Execution, from product planning and conceptualization to technical execution of the product

- Coordinating with design, engineering, sales, and marketing, as well as various other teams across the company to ensure high-quality product execution

- Drive the product development life cycle in close partnership with the design and engineering teams

- Work hands on with the technology team, to tackle some of the day-to-day problems

- Define key success metrics, and analyse and iterate to create successful products

- Initiate and manage partnerships and licensing opportunities with third parties

Requirements :

- Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Previous experience in successfully defining and launching intuitive consumer-facing products/features

- Profound knowledge on various technologies and standards (PHP, MySQL, Javascript, AJAX, JQuery, XML, and Linux)

- Strong knowledge of PHP & object-oriented programming (OOP)

- Experience with relational databases and relational design

- Prior experience in ecommerce product development would a be huge plus

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related technical field.
