Bikayi - Performance Marketing Lead - Growth Hacking

Bikayi is a Y Combinator backed startup looking for performance marketers who are super good in the following areas:

- Drive and optimise paid advertisements on channels such as google, fb, linkedin.

- Create conversion dashboard and measure ROIs on hourly basis.

- Should be able to quickly iterate on multiple a/b to figure out what is working.

- Ability to creatively think and come up with Ideas on the advertisements.
