Head of Global Marketing


Job summary :

- Founded by Ex-Microsoft & Zenefits engineers, Bikayi aims to empower Indian MSMEs to take their business online and realize their true potential. We want every local entrepreneur to easily start selling online with technology being an enabler, not a barrier.

- At Bikayi we are looking for an experienced Marketing professional who'll lead and drive our marketing efforts across the globe including positioning, messaging, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, analyst relationships, and customer/partner marketing. We are looking for one who is creative & always filled with explosive ideas!

Responsibilities :

- Capability of defining Bikayi as a global brand; ensuring the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels.

- Understanding the competitive landscape and defining approaches to differentiate our value propositions in the marketplace.

- Ability to build any marketing channel from scratch & be able to collaborate with channel partners to a well designed system that consistently does lead generation for our product & services.

- Capability to launch in new geographies at minimal cost & to enlarge our marketing footprint via; virtual events, field marketing, growth hacking, influencer marketing.

- Enhancing Social Media identity for Bikayi via different mediums; Quora, SFDC Community, and relevant community and Q/A channels.

- Oversee all stories, news & press-releases.

- To create the foundational set of collaterals, documentation, decks, and Go-to-market strategy.

- Analyze our consumer behavior and determine customer personas.

- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).

- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

- Being able to be a speaker at various events, webinars with Influencers and Thought leaders & ability to be an author.

- To manage the global marketing budget to plan, working closely with regional leaders to optimize marketing spending.

Qualifications & skills :

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing or a related field

- Minimum 5+ years of marketing SaaS products globally.

- Excellent leadership skills and ability to set direction and develop the team.

- High level of project management & cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust across the organization.

- Ability to drive change and engagement.

- Experience in managing global events, field marketing, performance marketing, social media marketing team with go-getter attitude.

- Excellent written skills with the ability to present at board level and inspire a team.

- Demonstrable experience of building and executing a marketing strategy that positively impacts awareness and pipeline growth.
