Job Overview :
- The Director of Sales will utilize his skills to generate 3cr of monthly business.
- This position will provide leadership to support the growth of Bikayi in India.
- The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- This position will manage and execute all the sales activities for the brand - devising sales plan and budget,
- justifying the plan to upper management, sales collaterals, sell to customer needs, building strong customer connects on-ground and identify emerging audiences for our products.
- This position will be responsible for leading a sales team of 100 + Inside Sales Managers.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) closing sales targets with focus on ; 3 + Cr/ month (100+ member team)
- Develop plans and strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales targets are met as per the organization's goals.
- To be a great People manager, recruit, train and retain people to achieve optimum output from the team.
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal.
- The candidate must have prior experience in B2B Sales and managing a large sales team.
- The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years leadership experience in B2B Sales, extensive relationships across business, trade and strong detail orientation and process thinking.
