- In applied statistics or economics (or a related quantitative field), strong business acumen, experience delivering data visualization solutions and business insights, know how to manage stakeholders.

- The Candidate should be a self-starter, eager to learn, passionate about impact, and have proven success in building data tooling and insights to drive understanding, progression, and decisionmaking for large organizations.

- Strong communication skills to tell data stories to non-technical audience

- Must be able to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

- At bijnis, we make decisions based on data. Few decisions have a greater impact on the company than how we interact with our customers. We are looking for a BusinessAnalyst to continue to help bridge the insights we have with our customers with the parts of the business that make decisions based on this data.

- As a Business Analyst, you will work with the bijnis BI team in supporting business decisions with improving and innovating measurement models and data instrumentations across product, platform, and funnel!

BI team will lead strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights, guide initiatives to measure business health, such as building dashboards and key performance indicators.

In thisrole, you will:

- Define and build data visualization strategy to support business objectives

- Drive high quality analytics outputto inform business decisions

- Manage stakeholders requests, facilitate tradeoff conversations, and build roadmap for the team

- Define and iterate processes and technicalstack to improve scale and quality

- Build partnerships with keymembers within and outside of the organization

On the first day, we'll expect you to have:

- 1+ years' experiencein analytics field

- Strong business acumen that will help you navigate your team through complexity and ambiguity

- Strong communication skills to tell data stories to non-technicalaudience

- Proficient in Excel, SQL, advanced statistical tools and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)

- Must be able to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

It's great, but not required, if you have:

- Experience in B2B industry, customersupport, customersuccess

- Experience with large data sets and distributed computing (Hive/Hadoop)
