Bijak - Specialist - Performance Marketing

Job Brief:

The Performance Marketing and User Acquisition specialist at Bijak will be responsible to work on channels like Google, Facebook and Instagram to acquire new users relevant for its businesses Bijak and Just Fresh Produce. The person in the role would need to work closely with analytics, design and content team to acquire high value users.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute user acquisition/app install campaigns on Google and Facebook ecosystem

- Explore and experiment to find other channels like native advertising, influencer marketing, which can help scale user acquisition

- Find and work with affiliates that can help drive quality installs and sign ups

- Conduct keyword analysis to enhance Google campaigns, as well as assist in SEO and ASO activities

- Be on top of spend optimization and performance based on the insights generated from campaigns

- Always be on lookout for new and creative growth strategies other than usual digital channels

- Stay updated with industry trends and developments in performance marketing and user growth hacks

- Develop a systematic approach of A/B testing and implement it across campaigns

Must Have:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a performance marketing specialist in an e-commerce / internet first company

- Working knowledge of Branch and Google Analytics

- Good understanding of mobile as well as non-mobile performance marketing

- Good verbal (English and Hindi), analytical and MS excel skills

- SQL knowledge preferred but not necessary

- Comfortable working in a remote setup while staying focused and motivated

- Willing to go beyond expected job responsibilities to support a lean digital marketing team
