Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
- This role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Will be suggesting and help implementing recruitment strategies, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Strong communication and a keen understanding of the company's culture and values are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract potential candidates
- Conduct resume screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet the qualifications for open positions
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
- Represent the company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
- Maintain long-term ties with former and prospective candidates.
- Develop a pipeline of active and passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques (i.e., personal networking, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact
- Negotiating salaries, closing the offer process and coordinating with onboarding team until the joining
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in career portal & applicant tracking system (ATS)
