Performance Marketing Role

Bijak is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns across various channels for diverse objectives of business.

- Develop & manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, & display to drive revenue & increase ROI.

- Optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives, such as lead generation, user acquisition, and revenue growth.

- Should have knowledge of budgeting & vendor management.

- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to improve performance and ROI.

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing

Candidate Attributes:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field / MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.

- Solid knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, bing etc.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Excel, and Tableau.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Candidates having experience working in D2C industry preferred.

- Should be comfortable with IC role.
