Job Brief:
A CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) is someone who knows their customer's needs, wishes and dreams. S/he should be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve. Work with customer service, operations, creative and communications, marketing, tech and product team to maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers.
Responsibilities -
- Opportunity to build the CRM team for a successful and well-funded start-up
- Define strategies and own the communications charter through CRM channels (Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp Business, OBD) to drive user journeys across different lifecycles
- Create hypothesis and run successful experiments to unlock new levers for user growth, identifying insights and take correct actions through performance data
- Establish and implement best practices for database marketing, measurement, evaluation, data capture, maintenance, and customer/prospect list selection
- Attention to detail - hawkeye for errors and ability to work with designers, copy-writers and other teams in cohesion. Strong oral, written skills along with an eye for design and creatives is a must
- Ensure rapid adoptions of CRM & Marketing automation tools in order to stay ahead in the competition
Must Have:
- 4+ years of experience in handling CRM, Campaign Management & Analytics in app-based ecosystem
- Analytically strong, needs to be data driven, knack for experimentation and knowledge of experiment setups (test/control, A/Bs etc.) a must have
- Strong project/program management skills, ability to juggle multiple work streams, extremely strong in execution as this role will involve overseeing significant execution
- Must be experienced with App CRM platforms: CleverTap/Moengage
