Bijak aims to bridge the information asymmetry and lack of accountability in agricultural commodities trading. Since launch, Bijak has expanded across 28 states, 900 regions, and 120+ commodities and a team of 150+ individuals.

Bijak product :

B2B traders, who control 80% of India's USD 300 Bn Agri value chain, have limited access to technology, information, and credit. Bijak helps these customers/MSMEs discover each other along with the counter party's rating so that customers can transact with minimal friction by accessing Bijak's layer of trust & reliability. The suppliers and buyers are not just able to transact or discover each other but are also able to find out meta-data of each other to make a faster & reliable transaction through the application.

Job Brief :

Designation - Analyst/Senior Analyst - Gurugram.

Experience of working in import and export of agri value chain/ post produce aggrotech startups- startups working as marketplace for agri commodity or providing market linkages to farmers, institutions or traders/ or agri trade - financing startups would be a great fit. Supply chain management, non agri commodity B2B trading startups also works if the candidate is exceptionally good.

Some of the key result areas include, but not limited to :

- Import & Export management of agri commodities

- Product Classification

- Document Management

- Freight Forwarder Collaboration

- Custom filling of agri commodities

- Collaborate with managers and trade content subject matter expert

- Assist implementation of new and existing processed, guidelines and procedures of assigned countries and assigned sites

- Compare business requirements to deliver system to ensure all requirements are met and function is designed

- Setup data, validate & certify the application features, capture necessary documentation and ability to train

Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience

- 2-3 years of experience as an Analyst in import & export business of agri commodities

- MBA Preferred

- Team Player

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
