Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities : - Planning, execution, optimization and scaling of brand awareness, performance and App install campaigns across all major DSP like DV360, TTD, MediaMath, and Facebook/Instagram with an emphasis on CAC. - Creative A/B testing and sharing campaign insights with the creative team - You will support every City Launch/ Brand Launch / Product Launch with relevant digital campaigns & promotions - Create and execute user lifecycle-based engagement campaigns to drive 1st time and repeat app engagement - Provide detailed weekly/monthly and PCR Report with written insights that spell out goals set and reached along with stats - Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics. - Deliver month-on-month growth numbers in line with the plans - Maintain reports of the relevant metrics and share them with the right stakeholders at the right cadence Requirements : - 3-5 years of experience in running performance and social campaigns - Experience with Google Analytics and marketing automation tools such as Notify Visitors, Clevertap or WebEngage - Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing to scale the campaigns - In-Depth knowledge of DV360 feature, functionality, execution, and bidding strategies - Working knowledge of Google Analytics Setup, Optimization & Integrations - Expert knowledge of mobile user acquisition / App download campaigns - High on energy and problem-solving attitude - Can write direct ad copy that is built to convert - Experience with creating the theme and situation-based campaigns - Understanding of in-app user navigation and journeys - SQL is a Plus
