Customer Retention Manager
Responsibilities:
- Executing regular engagement campaigns (Emailers, SMS's and Push Notification)
- Identify and create multiple customer cohorts based on their user journey on the application.
- Accountable for metrics like retention rate, repeat customer & lifetime value.
- Responsible to ideate and creating content for the application which will be used to engage with customers by working alongside the creative team or third-party agencies
- Building post-purchase journeys on email, SMS & advertising channels.
- Developing a deep understanding of our existing users and new users and finding ways to engage with them.
Skills & Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience with marketing automation platforms like Clevertap, MoEngage, etc.
- Analytical & problem-solving skills.
