BigRadar is a customer engagement and live chat software. We are looking for Product manager to lead the product engineering team. Our HQ is in New Delhi, India and primary customer base in London, UK.
About Role
The Customer Success team is responsible for creating solutions and providing excellent experience for every customer. As a Customer Success Engineer you will be working with new and existing customers in a highly technical capacity, ensuring successful on boarding of new customers and continued success for existing valued customers.
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Location: Bengaluru, India
You will be:
- Be responsible for seamless and smooth on boarding of new customers
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with customer technical teams to identify and overcome potential hurdles in on boarding
- Become a SME and handle top-level technical customer escalations
- Provide engineering assistance for our platform API interaction (Python and Javascript required for working with product REST API)
Good fit, if you are:
- 4+ year's experience in a customer-facing technical role
- 2+ year's experience with Java (small code commits, feature flagging)
- 2+ year's experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, SQL transformation operations)
- Experience with Python, Javascript, Shell script is a plus
- Working experience in Start-up's & SAAS platform will be huge advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathy for our customers. You take time to understand their pains, needs and wants and will go the extra mile to make sure their issues are resolved
