Job Description -
- Stakeholder Management - Managing the requirements for all the stakeholders for multiple departments.
- Team Management- hands-on experience and responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of strategies of the HR department, plan and develop new recruitment strategies
- Defining the team targets and driving the recruitment process for the organisation
- Sourcing and screening resumes for leadership hiring
- Managing the Recruitment and Selection Processes- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates, Performing reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers & Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Manage training, development initiatives& Talent Management
- Keep track of employee performance- work with managers/heads from different levels to track and analyse employee performance and be able to provide feedback and guidance to the employee.
- HR Manager need to interview and select candidates remotely for branch offices and ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
- Staying current on the company's organisation structure, personnel policy regarding employment practices
- Serving as a liaison with colleges, and industry associations
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Experience Required :
- Proven working experience as HR Manager with Minimum 4-6 years of experience into recruitment Non IT and IT
- Must have experience into hiring for Digital Marketing Agencies/Advertisement & Creative Agencies etc
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Team handling experience for at least 2 years
- People with consultancy experience would be preferred
- Stakeholder Management experience is a must
