BigBasket - Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing/SEM

bigbasket is recruiting for the role of Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing (SEM). The details of the role are as follows.

Role

- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns

- Track, report and analyze website/app analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies

- Optimize copy/creatives and landing pages for paid marketing campaigns

- Perform on-going keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization across channels

- Work closely with the Product, Engineering and Category teams to ensure best practices are being adhered to and implemented correctly

Requirements

- 2 years of proven experience in SEM. Experience with other performance marketing channels would be an added advantage.

- Hands-on experience in handling campaigns across Google AdWords and Bing. Experience handling Facebook, Ad networks, etc. would be an added advantage.

- Good understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

- Up-to-date with the latest trends in performance marketing

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Merchant Center, Localytics, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.

- Strong analytical skills and experience in generating marketing reports

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

- This will be to mainly check correct implementation of pixels, suggesting page performance improvements, adding variables through GTM, etc.
