Summary :

Responsible for leading and supervising a team of BD Engineers & Architects as they develop, design, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems. Must be having good leadership skills to gel with the teams across for ensuring the quality & timely deliverables. Should have passion towards technology and problem solving to work in challenging environments to assess and guide the teams as appropriate. Has customer centric approach in all the activities performed during the tenure.

Job Description :

A) Experience :

- A minimum of 15+ years experience in systems and solution consulting.

- A minimum of 7+ years experience in Business Intelligence, Big Data and Analytics related technologies.

B) Responsibilities :

- Organise the tasks of several teams of senior big data engineers and architects distributed across regionally

- Take an active role in the definition and the architecture of the diverse solutions to be created

- Track different projects that take place at the same time, identifying critical tasks and people on each one

- Interact with engineering teams to find the best action path

- Collaborate with customer teams in defining features and prioritisation of the backlog, lead the development team through tactical and strategic releases

- Mentor and coach new and existing engineers in the areas of new technologies, methodologies and other emerging technical trends. Lead a team of technically intelligent engineers through the next phase of growth in their career.

- Take a hands on approach as the situation demands - coding, reviews and fixing bugs.

- Interact with product team to define best functionalities to be added to the platform.

C) Position Requirements :

- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Technology
