Big Data Architect - IT

- Minimum 5+ years with 2 Big Data implementations

- Good experience in Java, J2EE technologies

- Should be familiar with all Hadoop components with hands on experience with major components like MapReduce, HBase, Hive, Pig

- Strong understanding of underlying Hadoop concepts and distributed computing

- Should have some exposure to Apache-Spark, Spark-Streaming and surrounding technologies and concepts

- At least 2 year of experience working with Hadoop

- Ability to design robust Hadoop solutions for complex business problems

- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra

- Certifications like Cloudera Developer/Administrator Certifications added advantage Customer facing skills, responsible for deliverables, schedule and effort management

- Pre-sales experience would be added advantage

- Responsible to analyze, identify issues with existing cluster, suggest architectural design changes

- Ability to Lead/Manage a team

- Translate business problems into comprehensive analytical framework via apt usage of advanced statistical / mathematical techniques

- Interpret analytics results to create and provide actionable client insights and recommendation

- Drive the analytics roadmap for the customer requirements.
