Job Responsibilities Assist the Chief Executive Officer to: - Identify and realize potential revenue drivers and cost optimisations within the Company, as well as driving strategic projects across the business - Contribute to the formulation of actionable strategy recommendations - Facilitate strategy discussions in broader teams across businesses and functions - Create, maintain, and assist in meeting key operational goals and metrics for the manufacturing and sales teams - Help formulate policies, objectives, and activities to ensure continuing operations to maximize return on investments and increase productivity. - Develop short- and long-term operational and human resource strategies to meet overall company growth and cost control objectives. - Prepare, direct, and coordinate the company's financial and budget activities together with CFO to fund operations, implement programs, and increase profitability. - Develop and direct a supply chain strategy - Champion and reinforce the Company's culture emphasizing product quality, customer satisfaction, collaboration, and continuous improvement where the fundamentals of lean manufacturing are actively practiced with measurable results - Prepare investor communication and quarterly Board of Directors presentations - Assist with any planning or administrative efforts the CEO requires Required Skills and Experience - A minimum of 5-7 years- experience in a top tier Strategy Consultant (experience in FMCG business, in particular beverages, is a plus) - International business experience (experience in emerging markets, Africa in particular, is a plus) - Bachelor's degree from a top university in Business, Science or Engineering with excellent academic track record, MBA or other advanced degree preferred - Excellent analytics and quantitative skills - Full proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - People skills as well as a results-driven attitude when managing projects in a multicultural environment - Self-starter, motivated, and enjoys an entrepreneurial atmosphere - Able to learn quickly and to work independently with limited supervision - Well organized and detail oriented and able to deal with ambiguity - High levels of accuracy and numeracy - Ability to multi-task and deliver on timelines - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Flexible, able to handle time-sensitive and complex issues - Quick learner with eagerness to learn the entire process and understand the big picture - Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required Compensation We offer you the unique opportunity to be actively involved and influence in the decision-making process of executive management within The BIG Bottling Company, plus the ability to work in a wide variety of business environments and acquire extensive experience across a wide variety of projects.
