Bien Mode - Manager - Sales - Influencer Marketing

We are looking for talented Sales professionals to join our growing sales team at Bien Mode.

Responsibilities :

- Generating your own leads and find your own customers.

- Managing agency partners to oversee campaigns and ensure timely delivery of influencer assets, and campaign reports

- Source and identify talent for activations and brand partnerships

- Ability to keep the sales process going by creating engaging conversations with clients

- Ability to close new business.

- Ability to Upsell and Cross-Sell and Manage the client relationships

- Develop and execute a presales/sales strategy

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive relationships with brands and their agencies.

- Conceptualising and strategizing pitches based on client briefs

Requirements :

- Ideally at least 3+ years- work experience; with experience in an Influencer Marketing role, preferably with an agency.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to define and meet project deadlines.

- Strong project management skills

- Passionate about Influencer Marketing, and up to date on trends, best practices, and innovations is a must

- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-starter and able to work independently.

- A social media Guru.
