Marketing Manager

- The right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, loves solving problems and can thrive in a startup culture.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Work to rapidly grow awareness of BienMode.

- Develop collateral and creative content relevant to various TGs for marketing both to companies, and to stakeholders within a company.

- Manage planning and execution of paid search campaigns across all channels.

- Creating new alliances and managing existing ones to increase Business for the company, supporting them with various innovative campaigns.

- Liaison with external partners in form of managing the key accounts of Alliances.

- Closely monitor, measure and report on marketing driven growth initiatives.

- Manager all Social media accounts for BienMode.

- Running online campaigns like exciting deals, special offers and promotional activities etc. for improving alliance business.

- Work on daily reporting and budget optimization to improve the ROI of campaigns; develop MIS dashboards for tracking and reporting of all campaigns.

- Managing assigned new marketing projects

- Work closely with the content, design, production, quality assurance and IT teams to ensure right implementation of various marketing projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- An MBA from a premier institution with 5+ years of marketing

- Experience with mobile marketing, driving app downloads, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, all a strong plus.

- History of demonstrating results via data-driven marketing campaigns.

- Moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team.

- Position requires solid strategic, analytical, and decision-making experience.

- Ability to connect with people across teams and levels Excellent analytical skills including strong ability to identify and solve highly ambiguous problems.
