Bien Mode - Key Account Manager - Business Development

Bien Mode is a Fashion Tech startup and is looking out for their core team members.

This role is for a business accelerator for a marketplace, Bien Mode.com. An Ideal candidate would be someone who takes end-end responsibility across a multitude of spheres, be it Sales, Marketing, Operations planning, Process improvement, Promotional planning and Vendor management and basic level of Analytics.

- This role signifies General management of Vendors in its purest form and has key learning, takeaways.

Responsibilities :

- Driving, Managing P&L

- Vendor on boarding

- Maximizing brand availability @ Best prices

- Ensuring round the clock availability of products

- Target achievement, business development, competition counteraction & market analysis, marketing plan for new products & execution.

- Key account management

- Owning all the key metrics that govern the Category health

- Interaction with vendors on a daily basis and ensuring new assortment every month

- Operational planning

Requirements :

- Must be analytically sound and comfortable handling large volumes of data and its interpretation

- Candidate needs to have a winning attitude and an ability to never get bogged down by issues, problems

- Right candidate needs to be able to survive in a fast-paced work environment with little or no help.

- Preferred industry knowledge

- Experience with e-commerce, retail would be an advantage

- 2 to 3 years of experience in Apparels, Fashion, e - commerce space.
