Bien Mode - Business Development & Operations - Fashion eCommerce

Bien Mode is a Fashion Tech startup and is looking out for their core team members.

It is a senior level role where you will be working with the stake holders of the company. You will be an early stage start-up Founding Team member with creative freedom to design and develop processes in line with business idea and goals.

The role will be to setup e-commerce operations in Fashion and Apparels industry.

- Identify new vendors and service providers in line with Product Mix and standard. Doing a primary and secondary check before onboarding of New vendors.

- Negotiating good deals with the vendors in terms of commission rates, margins, payment terms, process finalization, reconciliation.

- Tracking the progress of each vendor Work in collaboration with the marketing team to promote offers Vendor Audit / selection / up-gradation.

- Suppliers rejection control and improvement with new technology

- Inventory Management

- Tying up with vendors for different model of fulfillment.

- Develop critical supplier relationships by ensuring that all concerns raised by the supplier are addressed promptly.

- Catalogue Management

- Category & Account Management

- Seller Onboarding and training

- Work with sellers to set and meet milestones and deliverables to deliver high-quality integration projects.

- Track and report integration performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets.

- Preferred "seller acquisition" or shall have done vendor on boarding/ business development in e-commerce portals

- Preferred industry knowledge

- Experience with e-commerce, retail would be an advantage

- 3 - 6 years of Business Development/ Seller Onboarding experience in Apparels, Fashion, e - commerce space.
