Bids and Pricing lead works with G4S sales team and operation managers to create and articulate technical and commercial proposals for potential customers.
- Create deal-based financial metrics that will be utilized by sales teams in conducting Price to Win and Competitive Price Analysis
- Perform financial deal structuring including development of cost and price modeling alternatives
- Conduct cost reviews with sales team to analyze cost challenges and recommend actions
- Prepare pricing models, dashboards, analysis and present the same to management
- Facilitate all pricing review discussions with senior leadership
- Build robust pricing processes, accuracy of modelling; meeting timelines, responsiveness, effective stakeholder management and other qualitative measure of improve the efficiency
- Perform deep dive on low margin / negative margin deals
- Single point of contact on bid / proposals in co-ordination with the global bid team
- Expert Microsoft Office knowledge, specifically Excel& PowerPoint
