Bidgely was started in 2011 in Silicon Valley and soon started to serve the many customers across the globe. Broadly Two Products :
1. End Customers(home consumers) Home Beat.
2. Products and Solutions for Electricity Companies to run their business effectively. It's a SaaS offering and we provide our platform in the hosted form in both North America and Europe.
We overall raised more than $24m funding from a strategic investor. Bidgely is close to 85 ppl now. Primary office in the US(25 people) and Secondary in Bangalore(55 People) and sales team in Europe, Australia, New Zealand.
Job Description :
- Capture requirements from stakeholders across the organization, that include appropriate technical detail, and business goals
- Create user stories and use cases that include appropriate level of technical requirements and address the appropriate needs of the stakeholder(s)
- Communicate effectively with all the stakeholders in a timely manner. Set expectations with all the project stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to the project plan by all project participants.
- Track and monitor project/program status and take actions accordingly.
- Monitor and report status of key milestones and deliverables in a concise manner to senior management.
- Able to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Keen to learn and adopt new technology and principles.
- Able to work both independently and as a team member.
- Work seamlessly with the cross functional teams to meet deliverables.
- Ability to achieve project goals in a fast paced environment with multiple conflicting priorities
- Identify and manage the project's issues proactively. Identify risks and plan for them.
- Act as primary POC for the project with teams right from project Inception to project closure.
- Analyze our current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement, and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvements Facilitate/participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams
- Coach team members as needed, including resolving conflict
- Communicate project risks Manage projects in JIRA and Confluence;
- Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to leadership team
- Assist in training team members and other employees on Agile and Design Thinking concept
- Foster and model a collaborative team environment is driven to build great software while having fun
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager Bachelor's degree Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Proven leadership and motivation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills a must; can present formally or informally
- Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement
- Can maintain a high level of energy and engagement A love to learn and improve as a Scrum Master, always looking to bring something new and helpful to the team
- Good understanding of various software development lifecycle. Good understanding of change control/management process.
- Manage the project process improvements process.
- Maintain project documentation repository
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills required.
