Requirement :

- Biddano is seeking an ambitious and high-energy Senior Manager Finance & Accounting to support the company's finance team. You will work directly with the CFO. This position will play a key role in the organization's funding strategy and long-term financial security.

- The Finance Manager will collaborate with the executive management team to analyze department finances and develop budgets that will keep the company's costs down.

- The ideal candidate will have strong personal accountability for results, strong commitment to teamwork in support of the company's success, adherence to ethical business practices, and comfort operating in a start-up environment with an ability to prioritize and drive actions to closure.

Responsibilities/Qualifications/Essential job Functions :

Reporting to the CFO, the Finance & Accounting Manager will have the following responsibilities :

- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement

- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions

- Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants

- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company

- Research and analyze financial reports and market trends

- Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making

- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports

- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings

- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes

- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company

- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation

Skills and Expertise :

- Experience must not be more than 10 years

- Qualified CA/ICWA is Must

- Masters in Finance

- Prior experience with Startup

- Immediate joiner
