As Bid Manager, the job holder will oversees all aspects of bid preparation, ensuring quality, compelling bids are submitted in a timely manner. They review all customer requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders involved to include all necessary information within the bids placed. - Tender Hunting | Getting to places where tenders are made in the field of work - Prepare and submit the bids for tenders/ bid available - Highlight and mitigate the risks associated with the bids - Carry out cross-functional coordination for timely closure of bids - Lead all the day to day aspects of every individual bids - Communicate with customers for all bid related queries - Ensure record updation and process adherence - Manage compliance in line with customer requirements while upholding company value proposition - Drive timely closure of bids with the clients - Collaborate with respective stakeholders for timely execution of bids
