Bid Manager

Requirement:

- Candidate must be from Information Technology Background

- Experience of working on BFSI and Govt RFP, RFE, RFI, RFQ and EOI

- Good understanding of tender process management, requirements and dynamics

- Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software of various leading OEMs

- Understanding of commercial aspects of bidding including risk management

- Good written English and technical writing experience

- Ability to review and improve written bid submissions

- Confident dealing with both internal stakeholders and customers at all levels (CXO)

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

- Also possess strong communication skills (Verbal and Written), interpersonal skills, time management skills, PR skills and presenting skills

- High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
