Bid Manager - CPG

Bid Manager :

Location: Pan india

Shift : 24/7 (should be flexible to work in night shifts also)

CPG experience is mandatory

Job Description:

- Manage and run end to end response by coordinating across various internal teams, understand client expectations and design customized solutions, etc.

- Liaise with internal teams as and when required for inputs and support for generating newer business

- Proactive creation of Consumer Goods solutions, develop practice documents and white papers on service offerings that enrich the service offering and strengthen the presales and solutions teams

- A consultative mind-set, problem-solving outlook with ability to cut through ambiguity and drive self and team towards business goals.

- Demonstrated strengths in solution selling, service management, sales negotiation, Lead management & Pipeline management across global customers

- Good articulation, presentation and analytics skills is a must

- CPG experience is a must.

- Experience in Retail, CPG and Manufacturing domain.

- Management degree is must
