A LEADING FOR BPO SECTOR BASED OUT OF BANGALORE LOOKING FOR BID MANAGER.

Total Exp:

- 7+yrs, in that atleast 3yrs of exp in Solutions role closely working with Bid Management team. Responsible for effort estimation for International BPO deals. For Telecom Domain. Exposure in customer service domains. Preferably in Telecom & Media (Print/ digital & Social). Building portfolio & Centre of Excellence. Need immediate joinees or Max Notice Period 1 Month. [Collect market intelligence for effective Planning and Bid Processes. Bidding is an offer of setting a price one is willing to pay for something. A price offer is called a bid.]

Position Description-

- The role is expected to the SPOC for solutioning new deals. The solutioning role expects the candidate to be aware of BPO delivery environment, market trends on products /solutions and application of alternate channels of support. The solutioning specialization should be in the area of pure customer services. Should have past experience of solutioning deals in the Consumer, Media and entertainment industries. Should possess deep understanding of call center technology and tools. Solution design should be for Global customers.
The position will work closely with the pre-sales and the bid management teams.

Responsibilities-

- Build portfolio of offerings in Non-Banking & Non-insurance areas.

- Respond to RFI / RFP representing delivery

- Design the solution that will have highest chances of winning the deal.

- Effort estimation.

- Pricing modeling – transaction/ outcome based

Must Have Skills/Qualifications

- Graduate / PG.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Understanding of call centre applications, telephony, networks & tools.

- Core Customer Service BPO delivery experience prior to taking up solutioning role.
