A. Position Summary:

We are looking for a bid manager and technical writer to innovate compelling depictions of solutions. This role will work closely with our Sales Leaders and Executive Management leadership to oversee large bids and write compelling responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring our brand is well represented in a rapidly evolving business-to-business sales environment.

This is an Individual Contributor role which requires the candidate to demonstrate self-drive, ownership, hands on approach, multi-tasking ability, detail orientation, proactive communication and excellent stakeholder management skills & competencies.

B. Pre-requisite for the role

Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

1.Degree from a reputed institution

2.Sound Experience of large bid management in Banking & Financial Services for a leading BPS firm

3.Overall 10 years+ of work experience in mix of International BPO and / or consulting environment

4.At least 2-3 years in Bid Management & Pre Sales

5.Excellent Written, Oral Communication and analytical skills

6.Excellent command on MS office tools like PowerPoint, Excel & Word

7.Complex & fast paced sprint management

Soft Skills :

1.Fluent in English. Exceptional written and verbal communication

2.Strong client interaction skills

3.Strong collaboration skills with multiple senior stakeholders

4.Strong Analytical skills. Creative and innovative thinking

5.Assertive & Situational Leadership

6.Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, collaborating in real time with a broader global team

7.Relationship-building and influencing skills

8.Strong commitment to continuous improvement and dynamic learning

9.Ability to flourish in a deadline-focused environment

Technical Skills:

1.Strong presentation making skills

2.Good understanding of financial models, Profit & Loss and operation metrics

3.Ability to research abstract information to identify trends, POVs and create white papers

Preferred Qualification:

1.MBA from reputed business school

2.Proposal writing skills certification

3.Operations management experience in BFS BPO will be an added advantage

Preferred Soft Skills:

Excellent program management skills

Exposure to data analytics
