Bid Manager

Job Description:

Role: Presales and Bid Management (Public services)

Experience: 5-12 years of overall IT experience with experience in bid management roles

Qualification: B.E. / B .Tech. / MBA

Profile Requirements:

- End to end responsibility of winning a bid from one of the Largest European Automotive Manufacturer - it included pre-bid and post-bid customer interactions until handover to delivery team

- Account Manager for a Leading Swedish Enterprise Mobility company. End to end responsibility in closing the deal starting from consultative selling

- Lead a core bid team for the entire bid process in verticals like Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, BFSI, Retail, TTL and Telecom

- Assisted the geo sales team with business case formulation and strategic inputs to the bid process

- Experience in similar roles with strong multi-tasking abilities and cross function knowledge.

- Proven experience in independently orchestrating and managing client visits, RFxs (RFI / RFP / RFQ) articulation and management, and client presentations.

- Experience in leading teams in opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy, proposal development, review and feedback process, competitive positioning, deal commercials.

- Understanding of RFx process, proposal development. Strong experience in effort estimates, commercial and legal aspects of the proposal building process.

- Experience in anchoring client visits, planning road shows / meetings, managing discussions etc.

- Background in the IT industry with expertise in delivery / solutions building in the global delivery model. Good knowledge of the technology landscape, products, tools and trends prevalent in the industry.
