Roles and Responsibilities :
- To get the Tender/RFP/RFQ details of client from various available sources newspapers, cold calls, government tender portals and private tender sites
- Prepare a Bid plan with checklist to schedule, monitor, evaluate, direct bids to ensure quality and timely submission.
- To prepare Bill of Quantity in line with RFQ/RFP received from the Client & Marketing proposal
- Finalize on Bid or Non-Bid decision confirming on qualification and conducting a Competitor Analysis
- Preparing response to pre-qualification, technical evaluation, Project citations, CVs, preparing pre-bid queries etc.
- Overall bid management and co-ordination with all internal and external stakeholders for on-time bid submission.
- Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery
- Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
- Interacting directly with customers for bid queries and timelines till the Bid/RFP/RFQ/Tender Submission
- Interacting with OEMs/ Partners.
- Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
- Proposal writing - both in terms of content and presentation.
- Manage the bid budget.
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids..
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Prior experience of bid management for ERP/ IT software projects for Indian customers. Experience of Indian Govt/ PSU. tenders would be added advantage.
- Experience of stitching the bid and online bid submission
- Experience of interacting with OEMs, partners, lead bidders for bids would be added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Good at English language. Pro-active and go-getter personality
