Job Overview: The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the United States market. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with potential clients and build relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential new business opportunities in the United States market.
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and attend networking events to engage with potential clients and build relationships.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients and follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Conduct initial assessments of potential clients to determine their needs and fit for the company's products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new business.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions with potential clients in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with potential clients and build relationships.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Ability to travel within the United States as needed.
